Because every item at Boutique Custom is uniquely personalized, our system is highly automated to deliver the fastest results. Once your order is placed, you have a strict 2-hour window to request a cancellation, design modification, or shipping address change.

After this 2-hour timeframe, your order is automatically locked by our system and forwarded directly to our design and production teams. Beyond this point, no cancellations, modifications, or address changes can be processed under any circumstances, as your order has already entered the automated fulfillment workflow.

How to modify or cancel an order? Follow these steps:

  • Prepare your required details, including your order email, order number (found in your order confirmation email), and your specific request for modification or cancellation.

  • Please use the subject line format: [Order Modification/Cancellation] + Your Order Number (e.g., [Order Cancellation] #1234) so our system can prioritize your urgent request within the 2-hour limit.
